Our client a MA based company in the health insurance sector is looking for an Insurance Waiver/Verifier on a temporary basis through the end of September 2026. This will be a REMOTE WORK FROM HOME opportunity that could start in the next week or so after an initial Teams interview and in-person meeting with a staff member from JMT Staffing Solutions. The ideal candidate will need to be a detail oriented person with strong communication skills who has a general interest in helping others. It will be a Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm position. The client would love to bring on someone who comes with a health insurance or medical verification background. You must live within the greater Boston area to be considered though.
The main responsibilities will include the following:
- providing accurate responses to callers when they reach out
- verifying insurance information via phone as needed
- communicating accurate waiver status to clients via phone and email
- Identifying issues as they come up and relaying those back to patients and clients
- meeting and exceeding company productivity standards
