- Use your skills to create insurance quotes, shop renewals, and assist with policy changes.
- Each interaction is an opportunity for you to educate and advise clients.
- Utilize your exemplary attention to detail to issue insurance documentation, update client information, and assist with payments.
- Answer client questions, problem solve, and follow up with your quality rapport building talents.
Requirements
- Strong computer and technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A detail oriented team player with a positive attitude.
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner in all communication, including via the phone, email, and face to face.
- Property & Casualty License a Plus!
Salary : $57,000 - $67,000
