Estimator / Project Support Specialist
Location: Springfield, MA
Pay: $21–25/hr
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday

JMT Staffing Solutions is partnering with a well-established commercial HVAC company to hire an Estimator / Project Support Specialist for their Springfield area office.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in HVAC, construction, blueprint reading, estimating, or project coordination who is looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with growth potential.
Responsibilities
- Review blueprints, plans, and construction drawings
- Prepare quotes and project estimates
- Perform quantity take-offs and pricing support
- Assist with bids, proposals, and project tracking
- Coordinate with sales teams, vendors, and contractors
- Maintain accurate project documentation and spreadsheets
Qualifications
- Experience in HVAC, construction, estimating, or related industry preferred
- Ability to read blueprints/construction drawings
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with Excel, Outlook, and PDF documents
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
Preferred Experience
- HVAC or mechanical systems knowledge
- Construction estimating or project support experience
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn
