What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Development Representative position at JMT Staffing Solutions?
JMT Staffing Solutions has partnered with a rapidly expanding digital marketing company in Wakefield, MA that is looking to hire several Business Development Representatives on a Full Time basis. These opening will be Mon-Fri 9am-5:30PM positions and would be based out of their office in Wakefield, MA. As a BDR, you will identify, qualify and advance leads through the sales funnel and set appointments for outside sales reps who lives across the country to try to close the business.
Key duties of the Business Development Representative include:
- Identify potential leads through internet research, sorting through sales lists and other internal resources.
- Prospect via cold calling, email and social media outreach
- Develop and foster new client relationships
- Qualify and advance leads by scheduling commitment free consultations for the outside sales reps.
- Overcome objections
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree, preferred
- 1-3 years of experience selling and/or managing high volume outreach in an inside sales/appt setting capacity
- Would be open to seeing CSR professionals who may want to give inside sales a try
- Salesforce.com experience (or similar CRM)
- Must be well spoken and come across as confident over the phone
This is a full time permanent position that pays a competitive base salary in the $50-55K, plus commission based off the amount of appointments you can book for the outside sales team members. Other benefits include unlimited PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, 401K and more!
