- Provide outstanding customer support by resolving issues efficiently and courteously, ensuring clients feel valued and understood
- Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting, and account management through clear communication and active listening
- Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or promote new offerings, maintaining a friendly and engaging tone
- Perform accurate data entry and update client records using Microsoft Office tools and specialized CRM systems
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with integrity during transactions or refunds when necessary
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, maintaining professionalism while managing multiple calls in a call center environment
- Analyze customer feedback and interaction data to identify opportunities for improving service quality and efficiency
Experience
- Previous experience in call center customer support or client services is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Proven ability to communicate effectively in English; multilingual skills are a strong plus
