We are currently assisting our client, an industrial manufacturer, with a Production Supervisor search in the Cleveland, OH area.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee work activities and allocate resources essential for the manufacturing and shipment of products, ensuring compliance with company standards for safety, cost, quality, and productivity.
- Actively participate in, audit, and coach on all production-related safety processes, fostering a culture of safety within the team.
- Ensure that productivity goals are met and that all processes operate in alignment with company objectives.
- Support employee growth through performance feedback, evaluations, coaching, recognition of achievements, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in a chemical manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in ISO 9001 standards.
