Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Roll Production: Prepare, weigh, roll, and pack cannabis products, maintaining consistency in size, weight, and quality.
- Quality Control: Inspect products at each stage of production to ensure they meet our quality standards and adhere to OMMA guidelines.
- Equipment Operation & Maintenance: Operate pre-roll machinery and perform routine maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.
- Inventory Management: Assist in tracking and managing stock levels of materials and supplies to maintain efficient production.
- Compliance: Follow all OMMA regulations and ensure compliance with state guidelines on safety, cleanliness, and quality.
Qualifications:
- OMMA Credential: Must have a valid OMMA credential, though we’re willing to assist the right candidate in obtaining one.
- Experience: Prior experience in cannabis manufacturing or a similar production environment is preferred, but we value a strong work ethic and attention to detail above all.
- Timeliness: Punctuality and reliability are essential, as we depend on our technicians to keep production on schedule.
