Entry-Level Cultivation Technician
We are looking for a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Cultivation Technician to join our growing team in Oklahoma City, OK. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in starting a career in the cannabis cultivation industry. No prior cultivation experience is required, we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily plant care, watering, transplanting, pruning, and harvesting
- Monitor and maintain plants throughout the cultivation cycle
- Clean and sanitize grow rooms, equipment, and work areas
- Assist with harvesting, trimming, and general cultivation duties
- Follow all company procedures and compliance requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist at other locations as needed
Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain required OMMA credentials
- Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Must have reliable transportation
- Some travel is required
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be comfortable working in a cultivation environment
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
