About the Role
Join a collaborative software development team supporting user-focused applications. You'll bridge business needs and technology by evaluating UI/UX impacts, documenting requirements, and partnering with stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and functional requirements.
- Evaluate and validate UI/UX impacts based on client feedback and change requests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the Agile or Waterfall SDLC.
- Create clear documentation to support development, testing, and implementation.
- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of Business Analysis experience in a software development environment.
- At least 1 year of User Experience (UX) Business Analysis experience, or a UI/UX design background with 3 years as a Business Analyst.
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies and the full SDLC.
- Strong documentation, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
