About the Role
Join a long-term commercial construction project supporting the successful delivery of a large-scale facility. The Project Manager will coordinate project activities, maintain documentation, monitor budgets and schedules, and collaborate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, cost controls, RFIs, change orders, and subcontractor/vendor coordination.
- Maintain organized project documentation, including contracts, drawings, permits, submittals, shop drawings, and project records.
- Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, contractors, architects, engineers, and inspectors to support project execution.
- Track project milestones, monitor contractor progress, and communicate schedule updates and project status.
- Support commissioning, building handover, move-in planning, and project closeout documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of commercial, industrial, or large-scale residential construction project management experience.
- Proven experience managing projects from pre-construction through closeout.
- Strong knowledge of budget management, cost forecasting, project scheduling, RFIs, change orders, and subcontractor management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with project management software is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience). PMP, CCM, or similar certification is preferred but not required.
Compensation (MA Pay Transparency)
- Estimated hourly range: $50–$55/hr (W-2).
- Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
