About the Role
We are seeking a Retail Operations Coordinator – Purchase Orders & Excel to support store remodels, new store openings, and special projects. This role plays a key part in ensuring fixtures are accurately ordered, delivered on time, installed properly, and maintained within project budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze store plans, surveys, photos, and historical data to determine fixture requirements and create Purchase Orders.
- Coordinate with Construction, Store Planning, Store Operations, Contractors, Transportation teams, and Fixture Vendors to support project execution.
- Track fixture deliveries, installations, and project milestones to ensure timely completion of remodel and new store projects.
- Maintain accurate records and updates within the fixture ordering system, including quantity and item changes.
- Resolve Oracle invoice issues and process standard purchase orders.
- Monitor project costs and support budget management for store projects.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Retail, Customer Service, Operations, Project Coordination, or related environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and other MS Office applications.
- Experience creating or managing Purchase Orders; Oracle experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and vendors.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Compensation (MA Pay Transparency):
- Estimated hourly range: $23–$23.5/hr (W-2).
- Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
