About the role

Join a manufacturing team responsible for building and testing complex electro-mechanical systems. This role requires independent work using engineering documentation, test equipment, and quality standards to assemble, inspect, troubleshoot, and complete high-quality hardware assemblies.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electro-mechanical assembly, alignment, and calibration of subassemblies and system-level hardware.
• Work from engineering drawings, schematics, work instructions, and bills of materials to complete assemblies.
• Utilize multimeters, electrical test equipment, and mechanical measuring instruments to test and troubleshoot products.
• Read and follow electronic work instructions, identifying and reporting discrepancies when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assembly activities, quality inspections, and equipment maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety procedures, and material handling requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3 years of experience assembling complex electro-mechanical systems or subassemblies.
• Experience working directly from engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Proficiency using multimeters, electrical test equipment, and mechanical measuring instruments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to complete complex assemblies independently.
• Basic computer skills for accessing work instructions, engineering documentation, and production systems.
• Ability to work with limited supervision while maintaining high quality and accuracy standards.

Compensation:

• Estimated hourly range: $25–$26/hr (W-2).
• Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
