About the Role

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of IT and OT infrastructure initiatives in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications while coordinating cross-functional teams to implement infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with enterprise infrastructure technologies, risk management, and compliance with industry quality and security standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilitie

sProject Leadership & Executio

• nLead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT and OT infrastructure projects from initiation through completion
• .Create and manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource plans
• .Track project performance to ensure objectives, timelines, and budgets are met
• .Provide regular project updates and maintain effective communication with stakeholders
• .Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to support successful project outcomes

.Infrastructure & Technical Coordinatio

• nManage the deployment and implementation of IT/OT infrastructure solutions across the site
• .Coordinate infrastructure activities involving servers, firewalls, networking, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switching, and security technologies
• .Ensure solutions align with operational needs, security requirements, and technical standards
• .Work closely with technical teams to support infrastructure improvements, upgrades, and integrations

.Stakeholder Engagemen

• tCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Operations
• .Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• .Lead project meetings, status reviews, and executive reporting activities
• .Support smooth project handoffs and operational readiness upon project completion

.Compliance & Governanc

• eEnsure infrastructure projects adhere to company IT security, quality, and governance standards
• .Support compliance with regulatory requirements, including GxP and FDA guidelines where applicable
• .Maintain accurate project documentation, change controls, and project records
• .Assist with validation, audit readiness, and compliance-related activities as required

.Qualification

• sBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred
• .Extensive experience managing IT infrastructure and technology projects
• .Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
• .Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams
• .Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• .Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools

.Preferred Qualification

• sExperience managing IT/OT infrastructure projects in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or other regulated manufacturing environments
• .Deep understanding of IT and OT infrastructure architecture
• .Experience with servers, firewalls, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switching, and cybersecurity technologies
• .Knowledge of GxP, FDA, validation, and regulated industry requirements
• .PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification
• .Experience supporting global or multi-site infrastructure initiatives
