About the role
This role supports Quality and Manufacturing by ensuring all controlled equipment remains compliant, calibrated, and audit-ready. The technician works closely with Quality and Operations teams to manage calibration schedules, records, and vendor coordination in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain equipment calibration schedules and databases
• Review, approve, and file calibration and preventive maintenance reports
• Create and maintain equipment calibration records and asset histories
• Coordinate onsite and offsite calibration vendors
• Track past-due activities and ensure equipment status compliance
Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience in equipment calibration or calibration management
• Experience in controlled manufacturing or cleanroom environments
• Working knowledge of calibration systems, CMMS, or equipment databases
• Strong math and basic statistical skills
• Familiarity with FDA regulations (21 CFR 210/211/820) or ISO 13485 preferred
Compensation (MA Pay Transparency):
• Estimated hourly range: $40–$43/hr (W-2)
• Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
