About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Downstream Manufacturing Associate III to support biologics manufacturing and purification operations within a cGMP environment. This senior-level, hands-on role focuses on downstream processing, including TFF, chromatography, monoclonal antibody purification, buffer preparation, and disposable manufacturing systems.
Key Responsibilities
Downstream Manufacturing & Purification
- Perform downstream biologics manufacturing and purification activities in accordance with cGMP requirements
- Execute TFF, chromatography, buffer preparation, and other downstream processing activities
- Support monoclonal antibody purification operations
Equipment & Process Operations
- Operate chromatography and purification equipment including ÄKTA Ready, ÄKTA Process, XDUO buffer systems, and disposable technologies
- Troubleshoot downstream manufacturing equipment and processes
- Support investigations related to manufacturing equipment and processes
- Train operators and provide leadership when needed
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in GMP downstream biologics manufacturing
- Experience with TFF, chromatography systems, and monoclonal antibody purification
- Experience troubleshooting downstream manufacturing equipment and processes
- Experience operating chromatography and purification equipment
Compensation
- $35–$41/hr
- Milford, MA – 100% Onsite
- Wednesday–Saturday, 6:00 AM–6:30 PM, working every other Wednesday
