About the role
We are seeking an experienced Downstream Biologics Manufacturing Associate III to support biologics manufacturing and purification in a cGMP environment. This hands-on role focuses on TFF, chromatography, monoclonal antibody purification, and disposable manufacturing technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform downstream biologics manufacturing and purification activities in accordance with cGMP requirements.
- Operate chromatography and purification equipment, including ÄKTA Ready, ÄKTA Process, and XDUO buffer systems.
- Execute TFF, chromatography, and buffer preparation activities.
- Work with disposable manufacturing technologies.
- Troubleshoot downstream manufacturing equipment and process issues.
- Support investigations, train operators, and provide operational leadership as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in GMP downstream biologics manufacturing.
- Experience with TFF (Tangential Flow Filtration).
- Hands-on experience with chromatography systems and monoclonal antibody purification.
- Experience troubleshooting downstream manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Ability to work 100% onsite in Milford, MA.
- Availability for the 6:00 AM–6:30 PM Wednesday–Saturday schedule, including every other Wednesday.
Compensation (MA Pay Transparency)
- Estimated hourly range: $35–$41/hr (W-2), plus the stated 5% differential.
- Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
