About the role
Support Quality Control operations by performing analytical testing, reviewing laboratory data, and ensuring compliance with cGMP standards for in-process, release, and stability samples.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform analytical testing including flow cytometry, cell counting, cell culture, sterility, endotoxin, and visual inspection.
- Review raw analytical data, document test results, and maintain accurate laboratory records in paper and electronic systems.
- Support laboratory operations through equipment maintenance, troubleshooting analytical methods, and participation in quality events (e.g., deviations and OOS investigations).
- Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with cGMP and cGDP requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field.
- 4–6 years of GMP pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical laboratory experience.
- Hands-on experience with multiple QC analytical methodologies and electronic laboratory systems (e.g., LIMS).
- Strong attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Compensation (MA Pay Transparency)
- Estimated hourly range: $40–$48/hr.
- Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
