About the role
Support QC Bioassay and Microbiology operations within a fast-paced cGMP environment, ensuring accurate and timely release and stability testing. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to drive “Right First Time” execution and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute QC Bioassay and Microbiology testing for release and stability programs
• Support method transfers, assay implementation, and equipment troubleshooting
• Perform and document bioburden, endotoxin, sterility, and cell-based testing
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and FDA/ICH requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation and data integrity within LIMS
• Contribute to investigations, deviations, and CAPAs as needed
Qualifications
• BS in a scientific discipline with 3–5 years QC experience in a cGMP environment
• Hands-on experience with qPCR, Sanger Sequencing, electrophoresis, and cell culture
• Proficiency in Residual Protein Assays, Bioburden, Endotoxin, Sterility
• Strong knowledge of FDA, EU, ICH guidelines
• Ability to work an onsite Wed–Sat, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule
Compensation (MA Pay Transparency):
• Estimated hourly range: $40–$45/hr (W-2)
