About the Role
Join a supply chain team focused on improving operational performance through data analytics, Power BI reporting, and Excel modeling. This role supports planning, materials operations, and logistics by delivering actionable insights that enhance efficiency and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPIs, and supply chain performance reports.
- Perform Excel modeling and analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Create and manage scorecards, operational metrics, and performance reporting for planning, inventory, logistics, and 3PL operations.
- Support cost optimization, spend analysis, and data-driven business decisions.
- Partner with stakeholders to improve data governance, reporting consistency, and analytical capabilities.
- Monitor logistics, warehousing, transportation, and inventory performance to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Business Analytics, Planning, or Logistics.
- Strong experience with Power BI, Advanced Excel, and Excel modeling.
- Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and operational reporting.
- Understanding of inventory management, supply chain operations, and 3PL logistics.
- Experience with ERP systems and business intelligence reporting tools.
- Experience in a cGMP pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment is preferred; Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT) experience is a plus.
Compensation (MA Pay Transparency):
- Estimated hourly range: $60–$70/hr (W-2).
- Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
Salary : $60 - $70
