Title: Manufacturing Quality Engineer

About the role
Support manufacturing operations by leading hands-on quality activities that directly impact product compliance and patient safety. You’ll partner closely with inspection, manufacturing, and engineering teams in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Nonconformance (NC) and CAPA management, including investigation, containment, root cause, and closure
- Drive quality improvements through trend analysis and data-driven actions
- Support Incoming and In-Process Inspection teams on daily quality activities
- Conduct manufacturing and field-related quality investigations and risk evaluations
- Partner with value stream teams to support corrective and preventive actions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Biomedical, Industrial, Plastics, or related)
- 2–3 years in manufacturing quality or engineering within a regulated environment
- Hands-on experience with NCs, CAPAs, and investigations
- Working knowledge of quality systems and documentation
- Experience in medical device or similar manufacturing environments preferred
Compensation (MA Pay Transparency):
- Estimated hourly range: $40–$50/hr (W-2)
- Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
