About the Role
We're hiring entry-level Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team. No prior machining experience is required—we provide hands-on training. We're looking for dependable individuals with a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn.
This position is for 2nd Shift ONLY. Candidates must be committed to working this shift.
Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing Support
- Prepare metal parts through deburring, polishing, lapping, and cleaning
- Perform visual inspections to identify scratches, burrs, and defects
- Use basic measuring tools including calipers and micrometers
- Record production counts and maintain accurate production logs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Ability to work 2nd Shift (Monday–Friday, 3:40 PM – 12:10 AM)
- Reliable work history
- Comfortable working with hands and basic tools
- Ability to follow instructions and learn new manufacturing processes
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
