About the role
This role supports a dynamic engineering services group focused on accurate component data, ECAD assets, and PCB library development. You will partner with electrical and mechanical engineering teams to ensure high-quality symbols, footprints, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and maintain schematic symbols, PCB footprints, and ECAD libraries.
• Review electronic part datasheets to extract dimensional and electrical data.
• Support PCB design and engineering teams with accurate CAD deliverables.
• Interpret mechanical drawings for footprint development.
• Maintain library standards, documentation, and change controls.
Qualifications
• 3 years in PCB design, PCB library management, or electrical engineering support.
• Proficiency with Cadence, Allegro, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of electronic components and datasheets.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Strong math, organizational, and communication skills.
Compensation (MA Pay Transparency):
• Estimated hourly range: $40 - $45/hr (W-2).
• Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
