Key Responsibilities
- Prepare job sites by setting forms and placing rebar
- Pour, spread, and finish concrete using proper tools and methods
- Operate equipment such as screeds, trowels, saws, and core drills
- Maintain cleanliness and order of job sites and tools
- Follow layout plans and supervisor direction
- Collaborate with crew members to ensure timely and accurate project completion
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Highly safety-conscious and committed to best practices
- Dependable, hardworking, and career-minded
- Willingness to work outdoors in hot, cold, or rainy weather
- Physically capable of lifting/moving 75 lbs or more
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the company
Position Requirements:
- Must pass pre-employment and random drug screening
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
- Possess a valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean 3-year driving history
- Availability for day/night/weekend shifts and occasional travel
- Strict adherence to all company safety regulations
- Must have reliable personal transportation to and from job sites
