Production Worker Food Handling/Warehouse

About the Role

We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Production Team Member to join our warehouse operations team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for repackaging, labeling, and preparing food products according to company and safety standards. You’ll help ensure products meet quality expectations and production goals in a clean, safe, and fast-paced environment.

Shift: Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3:00pm

Key Responsibilities

Production & Operations

• Perform repackaging, blending, labeling, and other production tasks as assigned.
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), production schedules, and safety protocols.
• Maintain accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail throughout all production processes.

Food Handling & Quality Control

• Handle food products in accordance with food safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Inspect products for quality and consistency; report any defects or discrepancies immediately.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and suggest process improvements.

Safety & Compliance

• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations.
• Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
• Report any incidents or safety hazards to your supervisor promptly.

Requirements

• Must have prior food handling or food production experience.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks with hands.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills; experience with Manufacturing or Warehouse Management Systems is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 per hour
