Role Description The Warranty Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based at JM Lexus in Margate, FL. This role is responsible for reviewing, preparing, and submitting warranty claims to manufacturers in accordance with dealership and OEM policies. Daily tasks include verifying repair documentation, ensuring proper coding and compliance, tracking claim status, and reconciling approved and denied claims. The Warranty Administrator works closely with service advisors, technicians, and accounting staff to resolve discrepancies, support accurate billing, and maintain detailed records. The role also involves answering internal and external inquiries related to warranty coverage, helping maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and supporting the overall service experience.
Qualifications
- Strong warranty administration skills, including experience with processing, auditing, and reconciling warranty claims.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with service teams, accounting team and manufacturers in a clear and respectful manner.
