Compensation
- $110,000 per year (base salary)
- Commissions will be 0.25% on all sales
- Additionally, 1.25% on all personal sales.

Major Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Business Growth
- Define and execute the company's sales and business development strategy aligned with long-term growth goals
- Establish revenue targets, pipeline requirements, and performance benchmarks
- Build strategic partnerships and identify new revenue streams
- Monitor market trends and competitive positioning to support strategic decisions
- Own pipeline health, structure, and performance across all sales stages
- Ensure disciplined execution of the sales process and forecasting accuracy
- Drive conversion improvements from lead to closed deal
- Support and oversee high-value or complex opportunities
- Oversee the Estimating Department to ensure all proposals align with company margin targets
- Collaborate with estimators to validate scope, cost assumptions, and pricing strategy
- Ensure all projects are structured to achieve target gross margins and profitability goals
- Identify and improve pricing models, bid accuracy, and cost efficiencies
- Work closely with Operations to align estimated vs. actual project performance
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, developers, and strategic partners
- Ensure high standards of communication and brand representation
- Represent the company in industry events, partnerships, and growth opportunities
- Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment across departments
- Resolve cross-functional challenges impacting revenue and project success
- Align pipeline strategy with operational capacity and delivery
- Own sales performance, pipeline value, and forecasting accuracy
- Track and report on key performance indicators and business insights
- Drive accountability across the Sales and Estimating teams
- Identify risks and implement corrective actions
- Lead, develop, and scale the Sales and Estimating teams
- Set clear expectations for performance, accountability, and execution
- Coach and develop future leaders within the organization
- Build a high-performance, results-driven culture
- 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or related leadership roles
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Strong experience in construction, real estate, or related industries
- Deep understanding of estimating, pricing strategy, and project profitability
- Demonstrated ability to lead and scale high-performing teams
- Strong financial acumen, including margins, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Advanced negotiation and decision-making skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and business development tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills
