This role is approximately 75% office-based (project coordination, software, meetings) and 25% on-site at active job sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Own all phases of assigned projects from planning to completion, protecting profitability while delivering outstanding client experiences.
- Manage schedules, budgets, change orders, and cost forecasts
- Negotiate pricing with subcontractors and vendors, and issue purchase orders
- Monitor and report on remaining subcontractor balances
- Prepare draft monthly billing for review and submission
- Monitor job progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Oversee inspections and permitting processes
- Lead and support the Superintendent and Assistant PM
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain daily clear, proactive communication with clients and stakeholders
- Build strong client relationships that result in positive reviews and repeat business
- Track and report performance metrics and KPIs
- Participate in daily training sessions
- 5 years of experience as a PM or Superintendent in high-end residential or commercial construction
- BS or BA degree in Construction Management, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and project delivery
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, specifications, and sequencing
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans
- Experience with construction management and estimating software (Co-Construct, Buildertrend preferred)
- PMP certification valued
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven mindset
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable
- Employment type: Full Time position
- Compensation: $70,000-$85,000 base salary, depending on experience and qualifications.
