Digital Operations Intern (Temporary/Part-Time) - $18.50 per hourJLM HR Consulting is seeking a tech-savvy and highly organized Digital Operations Intern to support our administrative, operational, and HR technology functions. This role requires hands-on experience with platforms such as Microsoft SharePoint, ClickUp, and Breezy HR, while contributing to the operational success of a growing consulting practice. Work hours can be flexible. The selected candidate will work 10-12 hours per week during the duration of the internship. Candidates must be currently enrolled in a Maryland state college or university and able to work on-site in our Gaithersburg, MD office at least 2 days per week.Primary Tasks and Responsibilities:Digital Operations & Systems SupportOrganize, manage, and update digital files and resources in SharePointSupport task and workflow management using ClickUpAssist in maintaining accurate system organization and documentationPrepare and update internal documents, templates, and SOPsHR Technology & Recruiting SupportAssist with recruitment workflows in Breezy HRSupport the recruiting function by generating client reporting, including data visualization and summary analyticsCreate and manage reporting dashboards using Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and visual summariesProcess ImprovementAssist in developing and refining digital workflowsIdentify opportunities to increase efficiency using technologySupport documentation of new processes and system updatesRequirements:Must be currently enrolled in a Maryland state college or university Must be willing and have the ability to work on-site in Gaithersburg, MD at least 2 days/weekComfortable with learning and navigating digital tools and workflowsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksProficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tablesPreferred Skills (Not Required):Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and SharePointFamiliarity with project/task management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Trello, Asana)Exposure to HR technology or ATS platformsBasic understanding of data visualization principlesJLM is an Equal Opportunity Employer
