Role Purpose The Workplace Strategist is responsible for developing and delivering integrated workplace strategy engagements that align clients’ workplace environments with their business, people and organisational objectives. Working closely with senior client stakeholders, this role provides data-driven insights and practical, implementable recommendations that support business performance and employee experience. Key Responsibilities Client & Stakeholder Engagement Lead senior stakeholder engagement, including C-suite interviews and leadership workshops Facilitate workshops, focus groups and engagement sessions across all organisational levels Confidently present insights and recommendations to senior client audiences Manage complex client relationships across multiple projects Workplace Strategy & Advisory Lead and deliver end-to-end workplace strategy engagements Translate business and people strategies into progressive workplace solutions Design, deploy and analyse surveys and qualitative research Analyse workplace, people and operational data to generate actionable insights Produce high-quality reports, visual narratives and executive-level presentations Project, Commercial & Team Contribution Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring quality, timelines and client satisfaction Support the financial and commercial performance of projects Contribute to business development through client engagement and opportunity identification Collaborate across internal disciplines and contribute to capability development and continuous improvement Skills, Experience & Qualifications Experience & Background Minimum 5 years’ experience in workplace strategy, management consulting or related fields Education & Skills Degree in Architecture, Business, Interior Design, Organisational Psychology or related discipline Strong analytical, report writing and presentation skills Comfortable working with data (Excel, PowerPoint) and translating insights into strategy Able to work strategically while managing detailed analysis and delivery Personal Attributes Confident facilitator with strong stakeholder management skills Clear, professional verbal and written communicator Highly organised, proactive and collaborative Cantonese and/or Mandarin proficiency is advantageous Location: –Taipei, Taiwan, China If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
