What your day-to-day will look like:
- Support building operations through highly integrated facilities management and engineering teams to ensure maximum infrastructure availability
- Develop and maintain strategic plans for engineering teams aligned with JLL and client objectives, focusing on innovation and best practices
- Create standard work procedures for all engineering activities and ensure consistent maintenance management practices across portfolio
- Ensure achievement of Key Performance Indicators while identifying and eliminating risks to client facilities and operational downtime
- Implement and manage computerized maintenance management systems in accordance with JLL and client expectations
- Lead the JLL Client Assurance Program (JCAP) implementation and ongoing management across assigned regions
- Develop comprehensive training programs based on skills assessments and safety requirements for engineering personnel
- Administer technical skills assessments and oversee technical training programs for facility engineering staff
- Assist Strategic Sourcing with bidding, negotiations, and administration of regional or national technical contracts
- Undergraduate degree in business administration, engineering, engineering technology, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of direct supervision experience in multi-building operations
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems in commercial/critical facilities
- Proven track record in strategic planning and program implementation
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical contracts and vendor relationships
- Advanced degree in engineering or related technical field
- Professional engineering license or relevant technical certifications
- Experience with JLL Client Assurance Program (JCAP) or similar quality management systems
- Background in critical facilities management (data centers, healthcare, laboratories)
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies in facilities management
- Experience with strategic sourcing and contract negotiation processes
