What This Job Involves
JLL is currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Project Manager to provide reliable, timely, and professional support, and lead day to day project management activities. The position entails working with a group of internal and external Stakeholders at all levels of the organization. The successful candidate will require the independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Support project executives on multiple projects and assignments
- On site presence 4-5 days per week
- Develop scope, schedule and budget for assigned projects
- Identify and address areas of concern regarding potential risk surrounding project, project logistical issues, budget and scope
- Create, coordinate and track all Vendor Request For Proposals (“RFPs”)
- Interact and negotiate with contractors and vendors
- Prepare/update project status reports, process invoices, update tracking reports, and maintain files for due diligence and financials
- Actively track project schedule against critical path to identify risk
- Coordinate the activities of vendors and contractors based on scope and schedule, inclusive of critical support spaces
- Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost effective manner.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all Project Development Services technology as required for assigned projects.

- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in project management
- Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex commercial construction projects across a wide array of project types ranging from office space to manufacturing facilities
- Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and materials
- Proficiency in reviewing engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Knowledge of building codes, ADA requirements, and local jurisdictional regulations
- Familiarity with sustainable building practices and LEED certification processes
- Ability to prepare and track budgets, forecasts, schedules, and project risk assessments
- Ability to adapt, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced team or independent environment
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to successfully communicate with architects, contractors, client representatives, and team members
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Project Management Applications
- Willingness to travel approximately 20-30%
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related discipline)
- LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification
- AIA (American Institute of Architects) professional membership or credentials
- PE (Professional Engineer) license
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
Salary : $100,000 - $115,000
