You will serve as a critical liaison across multiple functions, ensuring smooth operational execution through administrative support, event coordination, financial process management, and cross-departmental collaboration. What your day-to-day will look like:
- Assemble and analyze information; prepare reports, manuals, agendas, correspondence, and memorandums as guided by general company practice
- Establish and maintain departmental databases and develop spreadsheets of importance to departments on site
- Assist in meeting planning and preparation work, including drafting agendas and broader communications
- Coordinate details of departmental meetings and/or on and off-site conferences, site events, and site tours
- Support accounts payable process, including PR/PO creation and management, invoice payment, vendor communications, and contract support for land leases and other services
- Screen and redirect calls, take messages, and handle mail
- Coordinate activities across departments and follow up to ensure that requests are carried out
- High school diploma with 10 years of relevant experience, or Associate's degree with 8 years' experience, or BS/BA with 5 years of experience
- Proficiency in PC applications such as Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal, organization, and prioritization skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Able to work with employees at all levels of the organization
- Physical ability to safely lift, carry, and move supplies and equipment weighing up to 25 pounds, with extended periods of standing, walking, and general physical activity
- Experience with PowerApps
- Previous experience coordinating community outreach events
- Experience with business travel arrangements for department leaders
- Experience interfacing with finance and procurement teams
- Background in research and development or agricultural environments
Salary : $54,800 - $79,600
