Overview The Sales Enablement Manager leads the local business pursuit strategy, overseeing the development and execution of sales enablement activities. - Leads and oversees proposal strategy execution by directing the creation of customized, quality pitches, proposals, RFP responses and client/prospect presentations for new business pursuits and renewals
- Manages a team responsible for creation and maintenance of pursuit-related data.
- Develops and implements go-to-market strategies using knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and strengthen the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators
- Facilitates and leads internal debriefs and post-pursuit analysis sessions
- Manages complex pursuits from start to finish, including deals over 50,000 SF. Leads kickoff calls, establishes timelines and coordinates rehearsals
- Supervises and mentors business development associates and coordinates with senior leadership on strategic pursuits
- Serves as a multi-business line expert across tenant rep, industrial, agency, property management and retail, providing guidance to team members
- Leads team efficiency initiatives through strategic organization and knowledge management
- Coordinates work with design, technology and research teams and identifies when to engage subject matter experts
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Graphic Design, Communications, or Marketing
- 5 β 8 years of related experience, with real estate experience required
- 2 years of management or team leadership experience
- Advanced project management skills and expert knowledge of graphic design, digital and print production
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and Adobe Platform (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
- Technologically savvy with ability to evaluate and implement new tools
- Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills
