What your day-to-day will look like:
- Supervise and direct maintenance technicians, assigning daily work orders and projects while ensuring proper coverage across shifts and facility areas
- Perform hands-on maintenance and repair work on building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment when additional support is needed
- Review and prioritize work orders, ensuring urgent issues receive immediate attention while maintaining progress on scheduled preventive maintenance tasks
- Conduct quality control inspections of completed work, providing feedback and coaching to technicians to improve workmanship and efficiency
- Maintain maintenance documentation including work order records, equipment logs, and inventory tracking to ensure accurate reporting and compliance
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs, overseeing their work to ensure quality standards and minimal disruption to operations
- Train maintenance staff on proper procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation while identifying skill gaps and development opportunities
- Minimum of five years’ experience in multi-building campus facilities management.
Salary : $120,000 - $126,505
