$62400 - $72800 | $30 - $35 per hour

What your day-to-day will look like:
- Supervising maintenance team and assigning tasks
- Responding to maintenance requests and emergencies
- Diagnosing and repairing building systems issues
- Coordinating with external contractors when needed
- Managing inventory of tools, parts, and supplies
- Conducting regular team meetings to ensure effective workflow
- Performing installation, troubleshooting, and repairs of equipment
- Working in varying conditions (indoor/outdoor)
- Being on-call for emergency maintenance situations
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in a lead or supervisory maintenance role
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Valid state driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Capacity to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions
- Physical stamina and manual dexterity for maintenance tasks
- Skill with electric hand tools and maintenance equipment
- Technical certificate or associate degree in mechanical engineering or related field
- Certification in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work
- Proficiency with maintenance management software and diagnostic tools
- Experience with implementing safety protocols and training programs
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams
- Experience with budget development and capital improvement planning
