What your day-to-day will look like:
- Create, design, and edit comprehensive materials including print and interactive collateral such as proposals, offering memorandums, graphics/covers, flyers, maps, and presentation materials
- Apply professional graphic design principles to develop innovative visual solutions that support business development objectives
- Manage complex design projects from initial concept through final completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery
- Provide design advice and guidance to deal teams, translating verbal and written input into compelling graphic illustrations
- Design dynamic marketing campaigns that align with JLL branding standards and client preferences
- Stay current on design software advancements and marketing/design trends within and outside the real estate industry
- Collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating initiative and proactively identifying needs
- Collaborate with deal team to identify workflow bottlenecks and develop solutions that streamline processes.
- Oversee and execute a substantial graphics production pipeline supporting multiple analysts and brokers simultaneously while prioritizing competing requests
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design
- Minimum of 1-3 years design experience using Adobe Creative Suite with strong emphasis on InDesign expertise
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat) on Macintosh operating system
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated tact and diplomacy when interacting with stakeholders
- Well-developed verbal, listening, written, and creative design skills
- Excellent time management, planning, and problem-solving abilities with ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to design within established branding standards while maintaining quality
- Design-related certifications
- Knowledge of commercial real estate industry
- Intermediate working knowledge of HTML, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Understanding of responsive design principles
- Experience creating floor plans, aerials, and technical real estate graphics
- Familiarity with bound book production and print specifications
