You will work directly with homeowners in a professional, in-person sales environment. The role is centered on understanding customer priorities, presenting appropriate options, and creating a positive experience throughout the process.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Meet with Customers: Speak with homeowners to understand their goals and identify potential needs.
• Run Evaluations: Set and conduct appointments focused on assessing window replacement opportunities.
• Explain Solutions: Help customers understand options that may improve their home's comfort, efficiency, and value.
• Build Your Skills: Participate in regular training and learn alongside experienced sales and leadership professionals.
