WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will learn how to create opportunities, build trust with homeowners, and deliver a strong customer experience. This is a face-to-face professional sales role where you will:
- Engage - Meet with homeowners to identify needs and discuss product solutions.
- Schedule - Set and run appointments for window evaluations.
- Present - Recommend solutions designed to improve comfort, efficiency, and home value.
- Develop - Train consistently with experienced leaders focused on personal and professional growth.
Every conversation helps build communication skills, confidence, and sales experience.
EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH
Compensation is performance-based with uncapped commission potential. Individual results vary based on experience, effort, and performance.
First 30 Days: Many new hires earn between $5,000 - $8,000 during ramp-up periods.
Entry-Level Representatives: Top performers may exceed $100,000 annually.
Team Leaders: Additional leadership and override opportunities may increase earning potential over time.
