Bozeman Green Build Inc is a leading provider of affordable solar PV systems, with extensive experience working with Ag producers, businesses, schools, local and state governments and families across the Mountain West. As a Technical Sales team member you will be responsible for developing PV Projects.
Duties include:
- Project development
- Prospective client outreach
- Public speaking
- In-person and virtual presentation of future projects to individual clients, and to large client groups
- Creation of project proposals using satellite imagery & software to determine system sizing and placement
- Project design
- Interface with multiple project stakeholders including Owners, Engineers, Design Professionals
- Client communication and support from project inception to completion
- Preparation and delivery of grant applications
- Completion of permitting
- Travel in-state during standard work week
- Overnight stays
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, excellent computer skills, and solid verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements include:
- Demonstrated planning and organizational abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Proficient skill level in Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel; Outlook)
- Basic to intermediate job-related math proficiency in arithmetic, algebra and geometry
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills
- Self-motivation
- Regular, reliable and predictable attendance
- Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to make fine visual distinctions while proofreading written documents and viewing information on a computer screen
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Frequent and ongoing use of a telephone and computer
- Ability to drive long distances
