Job Summary:

Director of Residential New Construction
This position is a key member of our plumbing team, responsible for delivering high-quality plumbing installations on residential new construction and renovation projects.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Install plumbing systems, including water systems, drain waste, venting, water heaters (electric, gas, tankless), fixtures, tub/showers, toilets, water softeners, and sump pumps.
- Perform rough-in installations of complete plumbing systems and finalize by setting plumbing fixtures.
- Troubleshoot basic plumbing issues during or after installation.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate installation.
- Adhere to and apply Plumbing Code standards.
- Collaborate effectively with the team to meet project goals.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support project success.
Education and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of experience in plumbing or a related field; must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and standard plumbing concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Working knowledge of Plumbing Code, water softeners, sump pumps, water heaters (electric, gas, tankless), and related systems.
- Journeyman license preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid PA driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Physical Demands:
- Frequent walking, stooping, squatting, climbing, reaching overhead, and balancing.
- Regular use of hands to handle tools and controls.
- Occasionally lift and/or move objects weighing up to 100 lbs.
- Visual abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus.
Work Environment:
- Exposure to varying weather conditions while on job sites.
- Occasional work in confined spaces for short durations.
Position Classification:
This role is classified as a Safety-Sensitive Position.

Schedule:
- 8–10-hour day shifts
- Monday to Friday, with on-call availability
