The Millstone is looking for energetic, friendly, and outgoing Servers and Bartenders to join our team in Richmond, KY. You’ll work in a fun, fast-paced environment, meet great people, and help create an unforgettable experience for our guests.

Required Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to learn and confidently communicate menu and drink offerings
• Ability to handle cash, credit cards, and POS transactions accurately
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to handle challenging customers in a professional manner
• Must be dependable, flexible, and willing to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
• Must be able to follow company policies and procedures
• Must be willing to learn and take direction
• Must be ready to work hard, have fun, and provide a VIP experience to every guest

Duties:

• Greet guests enthusiastically and provide excellent customer service
• Take and accurately enter food and drink orders into the POS system
• Recommend menu items, specials, and drinks based on guest preferences
• Prepare and/or serve food and beverages according to company standards
• Check back with guests to ensure they are satisfied with their experience
• Pre-bus and bus tables and maintain a clean, organized service area
• Handle guest checks, cash, and credit card payments accurately
• Check IDs and serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with state and local laws
• Assist other servers, bartenders, and management as needed
• Thank guests and invite them to return
• Follow all company, health, safety, and alcohol-service policies

Additional Information:

• Servers must be at least 18 years old
• Bartenders must be at least 20 years old
• Reliable transportation required
• Must be available to work various shifts
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
