The Millstone is seeking an experienced General Manager to join our team on the ground floor as we launch our new restaurant and nightclub concept!
Our General Manager will play a key role in the business's success, overseeing day-to-day operations and helping bring the Millstone experience to life. You’ll have a hand in everything from food and beverage, entertainment, and hospitality to hiring, guest relations, ordering, inventory, and creating an unforgettable atmosphere every night.
We’re all about providing exceptional guest service and WOW’ing our guests at every turn. Our GM must embrace a true “VIP Mentality” and lead the team by example to create an energetic, welcoming, and memorable experience for every guest.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Management experience in a restaurant, bar, nightclub, hotel, or entertainment environment is required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage cost control
- Ability to handle challenging customers and fast-paced situations professionally
- Understanding of sanitation and industry best practices
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Must be friendly, outgoing, energetic, and FUN!
- Must be a strong personality fit for the culture and atmosphere of Millstone Social
Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of Millstone Social
- Hire, train, schedule, and manage staff
- Lead and motivate the team while maintaining accountability
- Oversee food and beverage service, inventory, and cost control
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and safety
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally
- Maintain staff and operational records
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies and unexpected situations
- Help plan and execute events, promotions, and entertainment
- Work with ownership to meet business goals and maintain a positive, fun environment

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
