Job Overview This role provides end‑to‑end (E2E) supply chain leadership for Chile, with full accountability for planning, customer service, distribution, logistics execution, and inventory performance across the operating unit. The Sr. Manager partners closely with commercial, finance, quality, and regional/global supply chain teams to ensure reliable product availability, strong customer experience, and compliant operations. This is a highly visible leadership role with direct impact on service levels, cost performance, and business continuity. The position plays a critical role in driving operational excellence, supporting growth, and leading transformation initiatives aligned to global supply chain strategies. Key Responsibilities Own and lead end‑to‑end supply chain performance for Chile, including demand and supply planning, customer service, warehousing, and distribution operations. Ensure on‑time, in‑full (OTIF) delivery and high service levels to customers while balancing cost, inventory, and risk. Partner with commercial, finance, quality, and regulatory teams to support business objectives and ensure compliance with local and global requirements. Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration. Drive inventory management and working capital optimization, including forecasting accuracy and inventory health. Manage third‑party logistics (3PL) partners and external suppliers to ensure performance, quality, and contractual adherence. Identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks, including business continuity and disruption management. Lead and support process improvement and transformation initiatives aligned with global supply chain strategies and digital enablement. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred. Experience and Skills: Required: Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, or related functions, with leadership responsibility. Demonstrated experience managing end‑to‑end supply chain operations in a complex, regulated, or multinational environment. Proven ability to partner cross‑functionally and influence senior stakeholders. Experience working with external partners such as 3PLs and distributors. Preferred: Experience within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or other highly regulated industries. Experience leading change management or transformation initiatives within supply chain. Knowledge of regional or global supply chain operating models. Advanced proficiency with ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP). Demonstrated success in improving service, cost, and inventory outcomes simultaneously. Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills, with experience using KPIs to drive performance. Strong people leadership skills, including team development and performance management. Other: Languages: Spanish and English proficiency required. Certifications: APICS, CSCP, or similar certifications preferred.
