Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 depending on experience
Hours: 1st shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm

Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable and motivated Level II Lead Assembler to support and lead daily production activities within an assembly work cell. This role is responsible for guiding team members, assisting with training, and ensuring production goals are met while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and train a production team in an assembly cell, including electronic and mechanical assembly, PCB assembly/testing, and box build
- Assign tasks and support team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards
- Work on special projects as assigned by Production Leadership
- Enforce company quality and safety policies
- Fill in for team members as needed to maintain workflow
- Communicate production issues, equipment concerns, or delays to management
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Detail-oriented with a positive, team-focused attitude
- Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures
- Work performed in a production and electromechanical lab environment
Additional Information: This is an individual contributor role with leadership responsibilities. Employment is at-will.
