Qualifications:

• Experience with maintaining budgets and cost controls and full analyzation of Profit and Loss statements
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Hands on, willing and able to perform all in store tasks
• At least 2 years of restaurant management experience within quick service restaurants
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Will to travel

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily operations of the Jimmy John's location, ensuring exceptional customer service and food quality.
• Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and respect within the team
• Manage, train, and motivate staff to achieve high performance, ensuring team alignment with core values.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory, manage orders, and ensure efficient cost control to meet profit goals.
• Implement marketing strategies and community outreach to grow brand presence and sales.
• Handle administrative duties including scheduling, payroll, and performance reviews.

Pay: $45, $60,000.00 per year
