- Coordinate and complete MDS assessments in accordance with CMS, state, and facility guidelines
- Ensure accurate, timely submission of assessments and supporting documentation
- Collaborate with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams to support care planning and quality outcomes
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements related to MDS and reimbursement
- Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and survey readiness activities
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of MDS regulations and best practices
- Active nursing license required (RN strongly preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of MDS experience
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing / long‑term care setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams
- Proficient in reading, writing, and following instructions in English
