Qualifications
- Proficiency in Law, particularly with Estate Planning and Administration
- Experience or knowledge in Labor and Employment Law
- Strong abilities in providing sound Legal Advice to clients
- Excellent Research and Negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Active membership in the Virginia State Bar
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Prior experience in estate planning, trust, and probate law is preferred
- Keen attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
