We’re partnering with a large, highly stable North American enterprise to hire a senior-level Payroll Tax Analyst into a genuinely complex, high-volume environment.

This is not a transactional payroll processing role. It’s a true payroll tax ownership position supporting operations across the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico within a business processing significant weekly payroll tax volume across a large multi-entity structure.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing multi-state and multi-jurisdictional payroll tax compliance

• Owning reconciliations including 941s, 940s, W-2s, T4s, and related filings

• Handling tax notices, agency correspondence, audits, and escalations

• Partnering with Payroll, HR, Finance, and external providers

• Supporting tax setup, configuration, and compliance within Oracle HCM and ADP SmartCompliance

• Driving process improvement and strengthening controls in a complex environment

What we’re looking for:

• 5 years of payroll tax experience in a large, multi-state environment

• Strong understanding of payroll tax compliance, filings, and reconciliations

• Experience handling tax notices, audits, and agency interactions

• Oracle HCM and/or ADP SmartCompliance experience preferred

• Someone comfortable operating independently and solving complex tax issues
