Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Regional Senior Field Marketing Manager in executing field marketing priorities across California, including in-person budtender trainings and optimization of third-party training platforms
• Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure retailers receive consistent in-store support, including visual merchandising and brand presence
• Collaborate with retail partners and the Brand Marketing team to develop and implement custom merchandising strategies
• Ensure alignment and execution of sales and marketing messaging across all field marketing initiatives
• Support the planning and execution of B2B and B2C events, as well as in-store activations, across Jetty’s California territory
• Assist in end-to-end event production, from concept development to on-site execution
• Partner with marketing, social media, and sales teams to align on content needs (e.g., highlight reels, interviews, product shots, social content)
• Contribute to post-event recaps, including insights and recommendations for future improvements
• Support Field Marketing Managers with Brand Ambassador program coordination and administrative tasks
• Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs related to labor regulations
• Assist in maintaining systems for tracking SWAG distribution, merchandising deployment, and third-party Brand Ambassador resources
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support experiential marketing initiatives, including event themes, layouts, and consumer experiences
• Assist in sourcing and managing vendors, designers, and production teams to ensure alignment with brand standards
  
  

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 2 years of experience in event planning, trade marketing, or a related field
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
• Passion for the cannabis industry
  
  

Minimum Requirements:

• This role requires working onsite 4–5 days per week
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
• Ability to travel within California as needed for events and retail support
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends based on event schedules
