About the Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who is also a strong Content Creator — someone who can not only plan and manage social media, but physically show up, shoot content, and bring ideas to life.
This is not a “sit behind a laptop and schedule posts” role.
You will be responsible for capturing content for brands (primarily in the beauty, wellness, and aesthetics space), organizing it, and turning it into high-performing social media.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Shoot content on-site (iPhone camera) for clients
- Create structured shot lists before content days
- Organize raw edited content (Google Drive / Airtable style systems)
- Edit short-form video (Reels, TikTok)
- Create and manage posting schedules
- Write captions aligned with brand voice
- Manage engagement (comments, DMs, reviews)
- Collaborate with team on content strategy and campaigns
- Assist in maintaining consistent brand identity across accounts
What We’re Looking For
- Experience shooting content (iPhone camera required)
- Strong eye for content — framing, lighting, angles, storytelling
- Ability to plan and execute content days efficiently
- Video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe, Final Cut, etc.)
- Organized — you know how to manage content libraries
- Comfortable working with multiple clients at once
- Understands social media trends and how to apply them
- Self-starter — we are not micromanaging
Bonus (Not Required but Strong Plus)
- Experience in beauty, medspa, or wellness brands
- Paid ads or analytics knowledge
- Graphic design (Adobe Suite)
- Experience using tools like Airtable, Hootsuite, or similar
